By using SLASHPLAY ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Service Description

SLASHPLAY provides on-demand game server hosting. Servers are provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or availability.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to abuse server resources, or to disrupt other users' experience.

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. We authenticate via Discord and store minimal user data.

Game server data (saves, configs) may be deleted after periods of inactivity. We are not responsible for data loss.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
